When deciding to make a purchase (thank you!) - the checkout process could use some improvement, I know. But unfortunately, this is the nature of the Squarespace checkout process.
Just note: After adding the item to your shopping cart —- go to your shopping cart to check out —- the shipping price and tax listed, might NOT be accurate.
You must click your payment method first (credit card or Apple Pay) and then after entering your email address, enter your mailing address first, in order to get the shipping options in your area. (I know it’s out of order).
Unfortunately, they only show three shipping method options. If you find that you’d like another option that isn’t listed, for example, over night, tracking and insurance included or express shipping, please feel free to message me directly. I advise you include tracking when shipping outside of Germany or the U.S. If a package is lost in transit, I can not send out another deck without charging extra. There is no way for me to know that it didn’t arrive and no way to track through the shipping company (DHL) unless it’s returned to me. If I receive the package, I am happy to send it out again.
